The form on this website opens a WhatsApp conversation with the message already drafted, and it also saves a copy on our server. That copy exists for a practical reason: many people fill in the form and then never press send inside WhatsApp, and this way their enquiry is not lost.

What we store is what you type: your name, the area, what you want to renovate, when, the size and your notes, plus the language you were browsing in and the page you sent it from. We do not store your IP address and we do not build a profile of your browsing.

We also process the data you choose to give us via WhatsApp, telephone or email: usually your name, phone number, the area and characteristics of the property you want to renovate, and any other information you provide.

When a visit takes place, we may take measurements and photographs of the property for the sole purpose of preparing the quotation.

If you accept the Meta pixel in the cookie notice, we also share with Meta the fact that you visited this site and, where applicable, that you sent the form. If you reject it, nothing is shared. This is explained in the cookie policy.

To deal with your enquiry, arrange the visit and prepare and follow up the quotation. The legal basis is the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6.1.b GDPR).

If we go on to contract, to perform the works contract and comply with the associated tax and accounting obligations (Articles 6.1.b and 6.1.c GDPR).

To measure which ads work, if you accept the Meta pixel. The legal basis here is your consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR); we ask before installing anything and you can withdraw it whenever you want.

We do not make automated decisions that affect you. Apart from the Meta pixel, which is your choice, we do not use your data to send you advertising unless you expressly ask us to.

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept while there is still interest in the project and, at most, for one year from the last contact.

Where a contract is signed, data is kept for the duration of the relationship and then blocked for the statutory limitation periods for tax purposes and for liability for building defects.

We do not sell or transfer your data. It is only accessible to the providers needed to deliver the service: our tax and accounting advisers, our bank for payments and, where applicable, the certified professionals involved in the works (electrician, plumber), strictly limited to what is necessary.

If you write to us on WhatsApp, the communication takes place through that platform and is also subject to the terms and privacy policy of its provider, WhatsApp Ireland Limited.

If you accept the Meta pixel, information about your visit reaches Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, which processes it as its own controller and under its own privacy policy. If you reject it, nothing is shared with them.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection by writing to gestion@corinacapital.com, stating which right you are exercising and enclosing a copy of a document proving your identity.

If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
